• Try the Regimen for at least 14 days. You should see a great improvement.
    Follow all the steps strictly.

  • Keeping your skin moist and well hydrated (e.g. applying moisturizer many times throughout the day) is the best defense against recurrent flares.

  • Use a humidifier in the house or in the bedroom of the eczema sufferer.

  • Clean as directed to prevent potential mold growth.

  • Take your antihistamine with you wherever you go. If you have an outbreak the antihistamine will give you relief within 2-4 hours.

  • Avoid hot weather. Heat and sweating cause itchiness, and can worsen eczema.

  • Wear loose, 100% cotton clothes.

  • Avoid harsh soaps and detergents.

  • Try to determine if you have any allergies. Although not linked to the cause of eczema, allergies contribute to patient discomfort.

  • Know you are not alone! There are many others out there that share your frustration. You can attain good control over your eczema!

  • Often kids will outgrow eczema on their own.

  • Eczema is not life threatening. You cannot die from eczema.

  • Eczema is not contagious. You cannot "catch" it from a school playmate.

  • Ensure that you use your prescription products as recommended by your doctor. Eczema sufferers often use too little, rather than too much, of their topical treatments which reduces the effectiveness of the medication.
